Täielikult juhtmevabad kõrvaklapid

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced with your TAT3217BK/00 earbuds. It’s disappointing when a product doesn’t perform as expected, especially after such a long period of time. I completely understand your frustration with the charging issue, and I’m sorry that cleaning or following online tips didn’t help. It sounds like you’ve really tried everything to get them to work properly. We do recognize that quality control is critical, and it’s clear we missed the mark with your experience. I also appreciate you giving us a chance to make it right in the past. If you'd like, I’d be happy to look into any possible solutions or assist with a warranty claim, if you’re still within the coverage period. However, I understand your decision to switch to JBL, and I hope they serve you much better moving forward. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and I’m sorry we lost you as a customer. If you ever reconsider Philips in the future, we’d be happy to have the chance to improve your experience.
